  • A brief about us
    Flourette is an online cake shop servicing Sydney and surroundings. Our creations are made to order from scratch, with love and quality ingredients, from our home kitchen at Baulkham Hills 2153. We do not prepare ready-made cakes, nor do we have a shopfront Delivery service is available Sydney-wide mostly on the weekends (fee aplies). We only deliver to nearby suburbs on weekdays, but collection is always welcome.
  • Get A Quote / Place An Order
    Cake consultation is best done via email. Please send your enquiry to our email or fill out this contact form as early as possible. Bookings usually take place 6-10 months in advance for weddings, and 1-3 months in advance for birthdays/ other celebrations.
  • Payment Terms
    To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days after an invoice is issued. The remaining balance is due at the latest 2 weeks prior to pickup/ delivery. Our availability on your date will only be guaranteed once we receive the deposit. We accept payment via bank transfer.
  • Order Changes
    Any changes made within 14 days prior to pickup/ delivery will incur additional 20% fee to cover cost for redesigning and/or loss-of-work already completed.
  • Cancellation / Postponement
    Cancellation made after deposit is paid will incur $50 administration fee. Refund of paid deposit will not be issued for cancellation made within 21 days of the pickup/ delivery date for orders valued at $300 or below, and within 42 days for orders above $300. No refund will be granted for cancellation made within 7 days of the pickup/ delivery date for all orders. If your order includes a custom accessory (i.e. cake topper, figurine, etc.) that has already been made, the cost of this item will be applied on top of the cancellation fee/ refund amount. You will be able to collect the item from our place or via Auspost at your expense. If due to an unforeseen circumstance you wish to postpone your order, we are able to reschedule it to a later date within 6 months from the initial date at no extra cost (as long as we are available on the new date). If the new date falls beyond this period, the price of your booking will be adjusted according to market price increase. Any changes to the order details may incur additional fees to cover the cost of materials already prepared. Postponement will only be accepted if notified at the latest 21 days before the pick-up/delivery date. After this period, postponement will be treated as cancellation.
  • Pickup & Delivery Arrangement
    Pickup is available from Baulkham Hills 2153. Pickup window will be advised in your invoice. Delayed pickup or failure to meet the agreed timeframe, unless notified 24 hours prior and/ or due to emergency, will incur additional fee of $20 per hour that is payable prior to pickup. Delivery service is available mostly on the weekends. Delivery fee starts from $35 and is calculated based on distance from Baulkham Hills. We recommend delivery for cakes taller than 2 tiers.
  • Transporting Your Cake
    Please read the following guide for detailed instructions on safe cake transport. Flourette Cake Atelier cannot be held responsible for any damage once the cake leaves our premises. .
  • Storing Your Cake
    Refrigeration is essential to protect the freshness and stability of our buttercream and cake filling. Our cakes will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. Please keep them in the original box (fully closed) or an airtight container to retain its moisture. Best consumed at room temperatur. Prior to serving, leave cake out at room temperature about 20-40 minutes depending on the season.

  • Dietary Requirements
    Our products are prepared in a premises where peanuts, nuts, coconuts and soy are present. Please contact us if you have any dietary requirements. We apologise that we are unable to cater to vegan and egg-free diet.
